    Job Description

    Experian’s Summer Internship Program is a unique opportunity for students across the country to gain hands-on work experience in our innovative global company. Our interns work alongside Experian employees to tackle meaningful projects and gain valuable skills in their chosen field.     Responsibilities of the Business Development Intern include:

    • Lead business development campaign strategy to activate BDR prospecting success with close alignment to BDR/sales management and marketing
    • Organize resources and projects to align with the needs of the business through campaign delivery, process improvements, and enablement
    • Evaluate existing procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of standard methodologies (processes, tools, etc.) to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Work cross-functionally with BDR leadership and Sales Performance team to deliver BDR training and development
    • Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends, practices, and technologies to continually improve BDR operations
    • Evaluate the BDR technology stack making recommendations for process standardization and recommended efficiencies (i.e.Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, )
    • Align with BDR/sales leadership for ongoing feedback on processes, tools, technology, and training.
    • Identify gaps, define requirements, and gain alignment on KPI’s and measurable results (reports, dashboards, metrics

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Management, Communications, Operations or related degree
    • Be returning to school in the Fall of 2024 to complete degree program
    • Strong verbal and written communication, as well as project management skills
    • Ability to develop relationships and to work together for solutions and results
    • Able to measure and diagnose efficacy and recommend course correction/shifts
    • Experience with Salesforce or Sales Engagement Platforms heavily encouraged (i.e. Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Salesloft)
    • Experience with Microsoft Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above.  Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education.  This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
