Job Description
As a Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Intern, you will be a member of the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team, reporting to the Global Head of Employee Resources Groups.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Manage DEI Project projects and operations
Assist with management of external ERG partners
Oversee ERG mailbox
Produce high-quality written and visual content (video messages, newsletters, posters, PowerPoint presentations, intranet articles, Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
Qualifications
What your background looks like:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a related field of study with a demonstrated passion for Communications, Business, Visual Arts, Design, Film, Marketing, HR, Management, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion or similar; English also considered
Current undergraduate, Junior/Senior level preferred
Interns must be returning to school in the Fall of 2023 to complete degree program
Project Management experience
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Self-motivated, flexible, and able to multi-task
Organization and time management skills
Confident communicator who can work with all levels of management
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
