    Job Description

    Creating a robust, diverse, early career talent pipeline is critical to Experian’s success in a hyper competitive Fintech marketspace.  The Early Career Talent Acquisition Intern will review and enhance our Early Career talent attraction strategy and our #uniquelyexperian summer internship program.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Identify opportunities to increase diversity of our candidate pipeline

    • Partner with Employer Branding team to create an engaging presence to attract and engage with early career talent

    • Build a roadmap of our student life cycle – Initial touchpoint through onboarding

    • Evaluate current student experience through meeting with hiring managers and current interns

    • Research opportunities to increase student engagement both virtually and in person

    • Provide recommendations on ways to enhance the intern experience

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or related discipline

    • Strong interests in developing a career in human resource/talent acquisition/recruiting

    • Detailed oriented

    • Demonstrated project management skills

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with HR business partners and business leaders

    • Strong presentation & communication skills

    • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) is a plus
