    Job Description

    The MBA Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Experian offers recent graduates with 21 months of rotational learning, designed to attract, and develop Experian's future leaders. You will be provided with rich learning opportunities to accelerate their understanding of Experian and prepare for leadership opportunities within our Finance Organization. Participants will gain an understanding of Experian's strategies, and our diverse products and offerings and obtain broad knowledge of the many markets Experian touches, including consumer credit, FinTech, ad-tech, auto and health. The program will include assignments and training in multiple responsibilities including Finance, Portfolio Management and Strategy.

    This track is focused on developing future leaders for the Finance Organization at Experian.

    Program Highlights:

    • You'll benefit from personalized coaching and a formalized executive mentorship program designed to support your growth.
    • You'll work on a variety of assignments across departments and teams, helping you build a broad skill set and a internal network.
    • You'll take on high-priority, visible projects that address immediate needs—giving you meaningful experience beyond traditional departmental rotations.
    • You'll join the 2025 MBA LDP Cohort and begin your journey with Experian in July 2026.

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in an MBA Program graduating in Spring 2026 (or Winter 2025)
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in finance or related function, before or concurrent to pursuing the MBA
    • Display relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and global teams
    • Formal training in project management in finance, operations, project management, strategy and operations
    • Demonstrated leadership experience (i.e., leading projects, clubs or through prior work experience)
    • Understand business metrics, customer, and market trends and strategy
    • Must have work authorization to work in the United States

Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
