    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Our interns thrive in a fast paced,hands-on environment and are constantly looking to solve ourcustomer's most challenging problems. They build their capabilities as a product expert by defining documenting and articulating business requirements for new products and enhancements to existing products across web and native applications. They would summarize consumer research insights and user feedback into product plans and collaborate with Agile software development team.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Develop strategies to improve product documentation based on the voice of the customer.
    • Work cross-functionally with product sales marketing and technical teams to develop product roadmaps.
    • Communicate your product vision and strategy to teams and stakeholders in the organization.
    • Gather write and refine requirements from users and internal stakeholders.
    • Develop technical documentation marketing collateral and sales enablement materials to ensure client success

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate degree with a background in business administration computer science or equivalent skills or experience.
    • Strong communication skills and prior experience working directly with clients.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML Javascript or other technical programming language required or strong aptitude to learn these skills.
    • Outstanding project management capabilities.
    • Strong communication to articulate goals and understand how to measure and interpret results.
    • A team player and fanatic about delivering high-performing customer-centric products.
