Job Description

Transform your education and experience into fast-track career growth by joining the Product Management Xcelerator Rotation Program (PMX), offering a high-performing culture that is made up of a powerfully diverse and inclusive workforce. The PMX’s mission is to identify and cultivate future leaders that accelerate Experian’s digitization with technology and innovation. As a participant in the PMX program, you will spend one year learning about Experian’s cutting-edge products. We are seeking high performing and motivated product managers who want the opportunity to develop their skills through diverse assignments across our business. This 12-month program is a fast track to developing your product management expertise while setting you up for success in a global organization.

• Complete two 6-month rotations across our business groups
• Gain hands-on experience with our products and get exposure to the product management life cycle
• Collaborate with product development and innovation teams
• Receive 1:1 mentorship from senior product managers and a career development coach
• Gain exposure to Senior Business Leadership Customized rotations
• Focus on personalized growth and development

Start dates for the program are April and June 2024

Qualifications

• Graduating in December 2023 or Spring 2024 with a BS in a business related discipline or a MBA/MS in Product Management, Marketing or related field
• Knowledge in one or more programming and scripting language such as Java,
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, curious, critical thinking, and analytical mind

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
