    Job Description

    Experian’s Summer Internship Program is a unique opportunity for students across the country to gain hands-on work experience in our innovative global company. Our interns work alongside Experian employees to tackle meaningful projects and gain valuable skills in their chosen field. During our summer internship program, interns will have access to the latest technologies and challenging work. As a summer intern, you’ll learn about our exciting financial inclusion products and programs, experience philanthropic events that make us a force for good, and network across our global business units.     The Sales Operations Intern will have the opportunity to work cross functionally with many departments such as customer service, implementation, finance as well as other business units. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to try a variety of areas in business to determine areas of interest for future career opportunities.   Specifically, this is an opportunity to understand what a career in sales operations and enablement entails.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Accountable for various Sales Operations Projects that could involve  communications,  sales learning, and sales enablement tools and resources

    • Assist in helping build out the documentation for a newly formed sales operations and enablement team

    • Help with sales communications, internal reference documents, ect

    • Work on a variety of other sales operations projects

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications or Instructional Design or related degree

    • Be returning to school in the Fall of 2023 to complete degree program

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)

    • Strong written and communication skills

    • Detailed oriented and a self-starter

    • Interest in technical writing or communications

    • Experience with Salesforce, Lessonly, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Articulate are a plus
