    Internship Overview:

    • 10-week paid program that will take place June-August
    • Formal training to introduce the basics of a career in the talent services industry
    • Assigned mentors to guide and provide you with the necessary resources to complete day-to-day assignments and long-term projects
    • Interns who successfully complete the program will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time position post-graduation
    • Assist the office with a sales territory review, resume sourcing, and contacting prospective candidates
    • Interns will have hands on experience with recruiters, account managers, and leadership to gain a better understanding of a career in sales, our customer base, and candidate pool
    • Each intern will be assigned two final presentation projects

  • Qualifications
    • Enrolled in undergraduate program, Juniors preferred
    • Strong desire for a career in sales
    • Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced work environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work with limited supervision and good follow-through skills
    • PC literate in the Windows environment, specifically MS Word, Internet Explorer and Outlook
