    A Verizon Connect Internship—which is part of the overall Verizon Campus Program—will give you a chance to channel your drive and enthusiasm. You’ll work in a dynamic group within the center of Customer Success Enablement, a group that builds and executes programs and processes that drive recurring revenue and expansion of the Verizon Connect customer base. By supporting key projects from idea to execution, you’ll simplify processes, provide insights, generate business cases and make recommendations that enable the success of our team members and customers.

    As a Customer Success Summer Intern, you may work in these areas:

    • Customer Reporting and Analytics.
    • Sales Performance.
    • Sales Enablement and Training.
    • Marketing.
    • Operations and Systems.
    • Customer Experience and Operations.
  • Qualifications


    You’re a motivated self-starter. Never satisfied with the status quo, you’re always trying to beat a personal best. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where new challenges come up every day. You are flexible, dependable and work well in varying environments. Learning quickly is personally rewarding and inspires you to take smart risks.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Communications, Sales, Supply Chain, Human Resources or a related major with an expected completion date between December 2019 and June 2021.

    Even better if you have:

    • GPA of 3.0 or higher.
    • Demonstrated strong analytic, communication, leadership and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, team environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with one or more of the following disciplines or skills: marketing Automation such as Eloqua, Marketo, or Pardot, project management, CRM platforms such as Salesforce; Data Visualization platforms such as Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
