We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our clients’ social media and brand building efforts. You’ll work alongside our founder and our clients to help develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat as well as assists in their on-going, brand building efforts through a range of online and offline experiences.

Assist in Social Media Efforts: Our client brands spend most of their time on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Medium.

• Helping us understand what original content should be developed
• Assist in creating content and micro-content (this content includes photos, videos, GIFs, live stories, takeovers and blog articles. The goal is to create content people want to share.)
• Monitoring accounts, analyzing engagement and responding to conversations across platforms

Assist in Brand Building Initiatives: We are constantly brand building through online and offline initiatives to maximize consumer loyalty.

• Hosting events on location
• Developing giveaways and gear
• Developing in store experiences
• Updating websites
• Recommending and launching additional offerings

We’re a small team of millennials focused on creating impactful brands for our clients. Our main clients are spas and restaurants (which is a fun category to make shareable content for). You will be a part of these conversations where we explore what we can do to create an exciting, memorable experience for customers and employees.

This is not a regular desk job. A ton of time will be spent at our office strategizing and organizing and managing social accounts but you will also be sent directly to our clients to document what’s happening. You have to be comfortable working with us in a group but also working on your own.

• You understand how brands are using Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat
• You love thinking of ways brands could be using these channels better
• You can prioritize a long list of things to do and focus on one thing at a time
• You are super organized and the idea of making editorial calendars sounds fun to you
• You are extremely responsive (seeing unread text messages and emails makes you nuts)
• You feel most accomplished when finishing a task (as opposed to starting a task)
• You are comfortable being on set with our photo/video team to get content created
• You are also comfortable creating content on your own (such as making an Instagram story and Snapping from our client’s locations)
• You think fast and move fast
• You love creating and storytelling. Your medium may be writing or taking photos or making videos, but you are someone who can document what’s happening for our brands
