As part of our staff, you would organize neighborhoods and community members on the issue of sexual assault. Responsibilities include:

• Educate the public on the impact of sexual assault
• Connect survivors and their families with our hotline and counseling information
• Engage community support through volunteer recruitment and fundraising

The Blue Bench only serves the Denver-Metro region, we are only able to hire staff currently available to work in Denver or have concrete plans to move to Colorado.

• We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to be part of our grassroots campaigns.
• Good communication and reading skills are a must.
• You must also possess a genuine interest in social justice issues.

This position is perfect for students, with opportunities for long-term growth. We provide extensive training and receive regular updates from field experts.

After 90 days, full-time staff are eligible for paid vacation/sick leave and health insurance

The Blue Bench is a local non-profit and only comprehensive sexual assault prevention and care center for all nine counties making up the Denver Metro Area.
