  • Responsibilities

    Join a technology based late stage startup in Tel Aviv and assist with business development tasks that complement the company’s sales and innovation strategy. Potential assignments include identifying potential partnerships, mapping potential customers, industry research, creating sales documents, and forming analytical and strategic plans.

    Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

    • Assist with business development and sales efforts
    • Participate in designing business and strategic initiatives
    • Perform a variety of research tasks involving international markets
    • Perform quantitative and qualitative information analyses
    • Help manage and build global business collaborations

    Throughout the summer, Birthright Israel Excel Fellows attend mandatory meetings with distinguished Israeli leaders from business, technology, politics and philanthropic organizations on a broad range of topics including leadership, Jewish identity, the global economy, and teamwork. Upon completion of the summer programming Birthright Israel Excel Fellows participate in professional development and leadership opportunities to enhance their broadening global business outlook and capabilities.

    Applicants apply for admission to the Class of 2018 Birthright Israel Excel Fellowship. Dates of the summer internship program are June 3, 2018 through August 10, 2018. Once admission has been accepted, the Fellow will be carefully matched with the appropriate internship opportunity.

    Birthright Israel Excel is a non-profit organization providing a technological venture creation boot camp as well as a summer internship program in Israel for talented American Jewish college students who are pursuing careers in technology, finance, consulting, and biotech.

    Each Birthright Israel Excel Fellow will create a technological venture or work in Israel for the summer months. travel to Israeli sites, meet with prominent members of the business, political and academic communities, and join an exclusive community of future global business and technology leaders. All expenses associated with flights, housing and group programming will be paid by Birthright Israel Excel.
