Axios is seeking a driven, self-starting professional to join our growing advertising team. Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for Axios' mission of efficiently delivering vital news and information in an experience worthy of people's time, attention, and trust.  

• Traffic ad campaigns in DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) 
• Support team as needed by assisting with media plans, standard proposal building, and insertion orders
• Work with account managers to compile standard campaign reporting
• Enter campaign information into contract management system 
• Provide administrative office support

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills 
• Strong sense of organization and detail
• Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Intellectually curious; loves to challenge industry standards
• Positive, collaborative attitude
• Experience in digital media or at an advertising agency preferred
