The Instructional Design Specialist supports the creation and delivery of enterprise-wide leadership development training for a variety of formats such as eLearning, classroom, webinars, job-aids, and videos. They'll work closely with instructional designers, training and development managers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to determine training needs, arrives at appropriate interventions to satisfy those needs, and evaluates their impact for the organization. They will also consult and collaborate with a variety of internal customers (from other UPS business units), to provide instructional design expertise and support the direction and management of their projects.
The Instructional Design Specialist is responsible for project planning on projects of medium complexity, lasting approximately six months. This role will work closely with SMEs and key stakeholders to ensure project requirements align to organizational strategy, business needs, and desired expectations. This position may be located in Louisville, KY or Atlanta, GA area.
