JOB SUMMARY: Office environment with daily interaction with the drivers and driver management. This person works in the office, answering & troubleshooting customers call & complaints, investigating deliveries and anticipated deliveries, communicating with drivers about routes and driving plans, processes driver time cards, and general office skills. Fast paced, high intensity position.
