The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will report to a Director of Marketing & Partner Management while working closely with the entire Marketing and Engineering teams.

    Specifically, the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:

    • Working with the Marketing Director to grow the online store businesses for our brand partners.
    • Communicating directly with brand partners to collaborate on initiatives and solve issues.
    • Coordinating with our brand partners and our engineering team to produce innovations and updates for our web stores.
    • Analyzing data from Google Analytics and other reporting tools to report on partner businesses and generate recommendations for new initiatives.
    • Overseeing email marketing for assigned brands, working with the Marketing Coordinator to create, edit and launch regular sends and automated campaigns.
    • The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for instituting a rigorous test and learn culture related to these email programs.
    • Oversee brand partner SEM programs, working with the Marketing Coordinators to optimize program performance.
    • Identifying areas where efficiencies can be implemented to increase resource utilization and overall Marketing program ROI.

    The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

    • B.S. or B.A. is required. B.S./B.A. in Marketing or related field is preferred.
    • 2-3 years of experience in an online marketing related position.
    • Strong analytical mindset; enjoy finding the "why" behind the numbers.
    • Multi-tasker extraordinaire; able to handle multiple projects without missing deadlines.
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
    • Strong work ethic, with an eye toward how you can help the business succeed in everything you do.
    • Self-directed and enjoys taking initiative.
