This is an opportunity to be part of the Cyber Security team. The main areas of the cyber risk department are maintaining policies & standards, compliance, performing assessments, and maintaining the security awareness program.

The main objectives for this role are to help in risk identification, perform assessments, control monitoring, variance reporting, help review standards, and assist in maintaining the security awareness program.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Risk Assessments:

• Complete risk assessments of information assets, business processes, systems, and architectures to ensure adequate controls are met in a continuous lifecycle
• Assist the Cyber Security team in meeting maturity benchmarks as determined by leadership

Third-Party Risk Management:

• Perform third party risk assessments and develop guidance that addresses gaps
• Assist with adherence to vendor management, risk, and information security policies, standards, and procedures

Privacy / Security Assessments:

• Perform assessments in coordination with Under Armour’s privacy department to ensure adequate controls are being met

Communication:

• Ability to effectively communicate risks via verbal communication, scorecards, profiles, and other methods to information security teammates and leadership

CRITICAL SKILLS:

• Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management concepts
• An understanding of how cybersecurity issues impact business objectives
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
• Have the ability to stretch yourself and strive to continuously learn
• Ready to learn in industry standards & regulations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Expected graduation date between December 2020 - June 2021
• Experience in other IT domains a plus i.e. network, system administration, cloud infrastructures, etc.
• Experience or desire to learn cyber risk management
• Experience with cybersecurity awareness training
