We’re building a progressive Financial Planning & Analysis team whose focus is developing core competencies in the areas of FP&A, Decision Support, and Strategy Execution. FP&A Rookies will support decision making for their business units, and maximize return on investment through financial analysis. FP&A Rookies can be placed on the following teams: Revenue, Product, Marketing, Infrastructure and Technology, and Corporate.

The Summer League program includes 5 core components:

  • LEADERSHIP: candidates have demonstrated ability to lead others; proactively seek out opportunities to improve themselves, their peers, classmates and organizations; self-motivated and persistent in accomplishing goals and delivering on deadlines
  • PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS: approach problems analytically and use data to drive decisions; offer solutions and think critically about business challenges
  • MODELING and TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: leverage technology such as excel, SAP, statistics, business data and other tools to support decision making, identify opportunities and support actionable recommendations
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: collect, share, and present information effectively and concisely to audiences of all levels, internally and externally
  • MULTI-TASKING AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS: balance competing priorities and deliver on commitments
  • PASSION: for the role, the work, the team, and the brand


  • Be a current full-time college student with at least one academic term remaining following an internship: RECEIVING an undergraduate or master’s degree between December ‘18 and June ‘19, OR completing an undergraduate program in May ’18 AND continuing immediately into a relevant graduate program in Fall ’18 with a completion date between December ’18 and June ‘19.

  • Pursing a degree in finance, statistics, applied math, mathematics, economics or other relevant analytical majors with a demonstrated academic, extracurricular and/or professional interest in Finance

  • Commute or relocate to the location of the internship – most roles based in Baltimore, MD.

  • Able to complete a 10-12 week internship between May 14, 2018 and August 28, 2018.

  • Have or obtain authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.
