What your days will consist of…

• Learning: In our fast-paced environment, you will be training with top recruiters within our company to prepare you for what’s ahead
• Networking: You will identify and build relationships with niche-skilled candidates with various backgrounds for technical projects in a wide range of industries
• Coaching: You will guide and coach your IT candidates through the interview process by preparing them for their interviews, critiquing resumes and facilitating client interaction
• Achieving: Weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity recorded through our CRM software, Bullhorn, as well as quarterly goal sessions with your manager, will keep you on track to hit your goals, promotions, and career aspirations
