An Executive Recruiter at Robert Walters will work within a team of recruiters who are specialists in their niche markets, which spans across the financial services and legal markets. They will forge relationships with new and existing Clients in their relevant sector and proactively promote the Robert Walters brand through business development and networking activities. You will be fully trained by the senior management, as well as get continual guidance that comes from working in a collaborative team based environment.
You will manage the full recruitment process, building relationships with candidates in their relevant sector in order to place them with clients, and headhunting where necessary to source high caliber talent for clients.
