TradeSource is looking for a highly motivated, career-oriented individual to fill our Resource Coordinator position in our Raleigh, NC office. We are looking for a confident, self-starter that can work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The right candidate will possess a "can-do" attitude and be willing to hit the ground (and phones!) running. You will have the ability to recruit and manage a large workforce and represent TradeSource in a professional manner.

Core Duties:

• Sourcing potential candidates using various methods and technologies
• Selection of candidates through telephone screening
• Conducting in-person interviews with tradespeople
• Support branch operations including various field and office duties: Sales, Payroll, Billing, and Collections processes

• Associate’s Degree or Relevant Work Experience
