    This position is located at the Enterprise Holdings Regional Office in Burlingame, CA and requires a valid drivers license.

    Responsibilities

    Starting as a Staff Accountant, you will be exposed to a full-cycle accounting experience, including income statement preparation, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payables, accounts receivables , financial statement analysis, and cash flow management. Some of your duties will include:

    • Prepare financial statements
    • Complete bank reconciliations and account schedules
    • Execute accounts payables and receivables in a timely manner
    • Train and develop employees
    • Establish effective communication lines with other departments and retail locations
    • Perform branch audits at our retail locations
    • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

    • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent, i.e. Accounting Certificate or Masters with an emphasis in Accounting)
    • Must have Intermediate or above proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
