Responsibilities: Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Be a great team player • Have a willingness to work hard and pursue goals Qualifications: Completes tasks quickly and efficiently At least one year of work experience in real estate sales Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Possesses a real estate license Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Current Real Estate License, or willingness to pursue real estate license Compensation: $80,000+ Commission
