Because banks’ success and vitality are determined mostly (but not entirely) by the assets they possess, the banks with higher assets tend to be “sure bets” when it comes to finding good, secure banking entry-level jobs. If you want to be a bank manager, for example, you could start out as a part-time teller and work your way up.
